About Founder

Kathrani GreenBuilt is founded and led by Niraj Kathrani, an environmental engineer with expertise in construction project approvals, green building certification, sustainability documentation, and environmental compliance.

Niraj’s background includes formal training in Environmental Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering and Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), recognition through the CSIR Direct Senior Research Fellowship, and practical experience with the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB). His professional exposure as an Environmental Safeguard Consultant for urban infrastructure projects supported by ADB further strengthens the technical knowledge, regulatory understanding, and field experience he brings to the firm.

Niraj is also the founder of Shivay Green Advisors, a specialized firm dedicated exclusively to environmental consulting and regulatory compliance for industrial projects. Kathrani GreenBuilt brings that same depth of regulatory expertise to construction projects.

His vision for Kathrani GreenBuilt is simple: to provide construction projects with one reliable environmental partner who understands how approvals, compliance, sustainability, and project execution work together and supports them as one connected process.
